Prepare the Package
Place the electronic device in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a valid return process.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new replacement device within 3-5 business days.
